A damage surety/deposit of £100.00 per week, per house, (over and above the rental), is payable when the booking is placed.
The surety/deposit will be repaid to you within 14 days of the end date of your holiday, less any damages, repairs or extra cleaning required.
The full rental payment (over and above the deposit) is due 12 weeks prior to travel. If you are booking less than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday the rental is due immediately along with the damage surety.
We will hold the booking for you for 7 days but if the surety is not paid within 7 days the booking may be lost without warning.
If the full rental is not paid by 12 weeks before the start date of the booking the booking may be lost without warning and without return of surety/deposit unless we are able to relet at full rate.
In the event of cancellation after payment of rental, rental will not be refunded unless property is relet at full rate. Refunds will be pro rata but at owners' discretion. A reasonable administration fee may be charged in any such circumstances.

Please note that Tiree is a remote island. The electricity supply can be unreliable. The wind causes regular damage. Service engineers and some trades are only intermittently on the island. This may cause unavoidable inconvenience.
On departure it is your responsibility to ensure the house is properly cleaned. Please leave it as you would like to find it. This is our home so please look after the property as if it were your own. All breakages and damage are to be corrected by replacement or payment for replacement. It would be helpful if you advised us as soon as possible after any breakage or damage occurs so that replacement or repair can be arranged without delay and to cause as little inconvenience to yourselves and subsequent visitors.
Included in the Rental
Electricity, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a travel cot which is available on request, but bed linen is not provided for it.
